Which I actually purchased these based on that review because cotton is better for you to wear anyway. They're pretty comfortable and a good deal overall.The three star review is more because of the poor advertising and inaccurate sizing info. I wear a size 10 generally with hips measuring at 39 inches. I bought a Large based on the chart saying that Medium would go up to 39.5 inch hips, and other reviews saying they run small. The Large does fit initially, but with no room to shrink at all. Since it is mostly cotton I do expect them to shrink after going through to wash,a nd I'm not entirely sure if they'll fit after that.In short- Good and comfortable cotton panties, but order at least two sizes larger than the sizing chart indicates. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Did run small, my pick fit well, pale colours could be more vidid, soft and comfy, but not modal. *by N***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2015* I normally would wear small in underwear, bought medium after reading the reviews (and in part because there was no L available). I received 1 brown, 1 black, 2 beige, 2 pink, 2 light blue, and 2 white, and 2 purple. I would have prefered darker/more vivid colours, but these are fine and i'm not complaining for the price. I do wish i could have picked the colors because I got quite a few white, light pink and light tan which I don't really prefer. Overall, I would buy these again.EDIT: I am lowering my rating from 5 to 4. I noticed the other day that some of the rhinestones were coming off. I was able to peel every one off by rubbing my finger over it.
