Do not buy This if you have serious Sleep Issues.
This tablet works very lightly on sleep if you have serious sleep issues. This won't work on me, I can feel little effect of this but not Help me to sleep. I will not use this again and the taste is average.

Easy to consume
It is working for sound sleep. I used one tablet in the night but it is causing headache the next morning so I took half tablet only and no headache later. I think half is sufficient but it may vary for others according to their body. Taste is nice and easy to consume. Useful for insomnia temporarily
