Best of the lot in this category
I first purchased the Backlounge Inversion Bench (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NSZB211?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) - quite liked it and wrote a positive review. Then I found this new item and being familiar with the function of this type device, thought I would like it more.I was right. It's similar but better for me in several ways. I am 77 years old, 5'4, and 150 lbs. * Much easier to take down to store and then set back up.* The four rubber tension cords are much easier to stretch into place. The Backlounge has a single cord that I find difficult to pull and hook into place.* The solid bar at the top you can reach up and pull is much better than the piece of fabric to grab in the Backlounge.* More comfortable to lay in without the hard rubber rollers.* Much easier to mount and dismount. Have to be careful with the Backlounge or you could hurt yourself. * Foot rest can be extended. Backlounge is fixed, fits my frame but doubt it would if you were shorter or taller. * Better Ab workout. It takes more effort to bend back and return. In my opinion it's best in class for this type device. Stretch and work your abs in comfort without laying on the ground.

Sent a used product with no instructions m
First of all, there were no instructions or lists of parts. Some parts, I have no idea where they belong. Secondly there is a tears in the upper handle, and scuff marks on the foot apparatus that shows this product has been used before. I paid for a NEW product, did not order used. I can not figure out what some of the items included are used for. 😐

Comfortable but hard to get out of
This will give you a good overall workout. It helps loosen up my back and tighten my core. I would have given this a higher mark but there are no instructions and for me an older fellow, it is difficult to extricate yourself from.

Good inversion therapy for my sciatica pain
I didn't want to turn completely upside down because I am 67 years old. I tried foam rollers and other back apparatuses but this one works the best for me. It helps relieve the sciatica pain and also is good for ab core exercises. It is economical compared to the others I considered and lightweight.I use it several times a day when my sciatica acts up due to my spending so much time on the computer for my online ministry. I have tried about everything else from taking 3 ibuprofen, hot creams, ,homeopathic, a saddle chair, ergonomic floor mat, braces, etc. this is this is the only real relief I have gotten.

Sit up EZ
I had one of these sit up chairs and I sold it in 2017 at a garage sale and I wish I never did. It’s just easier as you’re getting older to use something like this than to be doing set ups on the floor even with your feet stuck underneath the chair as you get older it becomes harder so this chair answers my needs.
