Clean and Easy
Was the easiest crimping tool I've ever used. The furrules cleaned up my Victron connections, beautifully. I would buy this tool again.

Easy to use!
Fantastic crimper! They worked perfectly to install my Victron Multiplus 2. This device requires 6 gauge ferrules and this crimper was awesome. I highly recommend.

So far it's working great
It's working great so far. It is just what I needed to finish a project I've been working on and I really wish I had gotten it at the start of the project because I used more ferrules on this project than I've ever used before. And I gotta admit they helped plus looks so much cleaner. So more to the point, this tool is ideal, if you're working with ferrules. And if I end up doing another similar wiring job, I'll be using this tool and ferrules from now on. I totally 100 % recommend this tool. Good luck

Doesn't seem that tight to me
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or how I could be doing something wrong... Crimps don't seem that tight. It's the right size ferrul for the wire gauge. Also wouldn't release on a larger gauge crimp. Had to get out the channel locks to push the release trigger

It was all I could do to squeeze the handles shut.

The spring that pulls the tool open after crimping fell off because it is not fully wrapped around its post. It is also not under tension in certain positions , so it just falls off. Ill try a replacement because the quality seems okay otherwise.

The crimper itself seems well made and high quality. However, it wouldn’t crimp any of my connectors. I have round copper barrels for ground crimps, and silicone covered connectors that look like this company’s. The silicone is too soft for this crimper to work, it really needs a connector with a hard plastic insulator. The mechanism is heavy duty and works well, but needs a specific kind of connector.
