After trying other products, I can say this one seem to have a benefit in terms of feeling calmer. It doesn't improve sleep length as expected. Size is easy to swallow and haven't experience any side effects. Price is comparable to other products.

Great Calming supplement
I changed from another popular brand as this one includes L-Theanine. It is 2 pills instead of 1 pill I used to take. Yet. Other brand was 500mg per pill; so this is a slight increase per serving. I'm glad I tried it and most likely continue this brand.

A Peaceful Night's Sleep
The dosage on these is 2, but I only take one and find that to be plenty. I take one at bedtime to help quiet my racing thoughts so I can relax and sleep, and my husband takes one to help his restless leg syndrome. Highly recommend!

I honestly didn't notice a difference taking these but I took them anyway. Maybe they work for others.
