Excellent choice for gluten-free noodles. There are no good GF egg noodles out there- we've tried them all. These aren't egg noodles, but as close as we've found. They are delicious in soup! If you're gluten-free, try these, as well as their Traditional Pho Rice noodles and Thai Kitchen thin Rics Noodlex (like ramen).

Marketed as Organic and non-GMO but the individual wrappers have a Prop65 warning!! It’s not on the box at all only inside on the wrapper! I tried to submit it for a refund but it says it’s non-returnable, why not it’s rice noodles?! Oh, of course, it’s hazardous to your health so with that hidden warning they don’t want it back! It could be the packaging is the actual hazard but the noodles are inside that wrapper and I’m not taking any chances. I tried to post a photo of the warning but it wouldn’t let me. FYI - I contacted Amazon Customer Service and I am getting my money back. Never just kiss your money away, I have always received my money back even for things they say are non-refundable/non-returnable.
