Before I purchased these i got my appt through to see a gynaecologist who suggested I make so many changes to both my diet (less sugar) not to have intercourse everyday (this does not work for me and my partner) to ensure we use condoms (again not practical long term) not to use any product other than water to wash (any BV sufferers will understand the anxiety this causes). To ensure that I do not remove pubic hair (again I don’t like to be in a completely natural state downstairs)! I initially followed the advice and saw no improvement after about a month of making these changes I ordered these and used to treat my next episode for 7 days, then every two days after that course I would use one in the evening (this is because I have intercourse daily) and now I am happy to report that I tend to use these no more than twice a month and that’s just to help the ph and to try and keep BV away!!! I hope that for any other poor people suffering unexplainably with this horrible BV that they too work for you so you can live a normal happy life again!
