Absolutely fine, ideal for hand, wrist, forearm rehab and excercise

Having arthritis in my hands I thought these would be perfect. You get 3 different coloured exercise balls, which vary in hardness. Although its not that difficult to work out there is nothing that comes with the balls to suggest which is which, nor are the any exercise suggestions, again not hard to work out but would have been useful. Instead I came back to the product description on here to see the above information.Because of their shape and size they offer versatility so you can do more with them than a traditional grip strengthener which is good, they are comfortable to use and fit nicely in your hand, but for me that is where the positives end.The balls each come in their own individual bag within a larger bag which I thought strange at first (a lot of plastic bags) until I realised they stick to each other, a bit like jelly, it really is the weirdest soft silicone I have come across. The main problem with this is that if you drop one or put one down on a surface with dust/ pet hair etc it picks it up and you then have to clean the ball. This really puts me off them.Overall do they work Yes. Just don't drop them and good luck trying to squish them back into their bags.

They have proved useful.

These are great for exercising your hands, and a good fidget/relaxing tool too.They all came in a plastic bag together but each in their own separate plastic bags too, no instructions.Thankfully the Amazon page when purchasing explains that each colour has a different firmness.They are a nice size that fit in the palm of your hand, nice to roll on a desk too as a massage tool on your hand, but sadly they have a sticky feel to them, which attracts dust and debris.

My mom recently had hand surgery and it was useful for her to exercise with these balls. Helped with stiffness before she was allowed to really do things with her hand again

Es wurden drei kleine eiförmige Handbälle mit unterschiedlichen Härtegraden angeliefert. Ich verwende die Bälle um meine Beweglichkeit in den Fingern zu erhalten. Sie sind flexibel, bestehen aus einem weichen Silikon und liegen gut in der Hand.

Diese Trainingsbälle habe ich im Kontext des Vine Programms kostenfrei zu Testzwecken erhalten. Meine Meinung zum Produkt sage ich aber wie immer unverblümt und ehrlich. Und diese ist wie folgt.Zunächst zum Positiven: Die Bälle haben schöne Farben und damit lassen sich die Hände schon durchaus gut trainieren. Es gibt insgesamt drei Bälle in verschiedenen Widerständen. Und das wäre es aber auch.Kommen wir zum Negativen: Ich habe nirgends in der Verpackung oder Anleitung gefunden, welche Stärke die einzelnen Bälle haben. Ich wollte das nämlich meiner Tante geben und als sie es auspackte, stand nirgends dabei, welche Stärke die Bälle nun denn haben. Wir mussten also extra online hier nachschauen, um an diese Information zu gelangen. Kann natürlich sein, dass wir es übersehen haben, denke aber nicht, da wir beide geschaut haben. Zum anderen lässt sich ein kaum wahrnehmbarer, aber immer präsenter Geruch feststellen. Wenn ich zum Beispiel den gelben Ball benutze, riechen die Hände danach minimal zitronig.Am meisten hat mich die Tatsache gestört, dass die Bälle kleben. Die sind an sich wirklich richtig klebrig, so dass sich z.B. auch allerlei Schmutz oder Haare und anderes mehr an diesen kleben bleibt. Und ich muss sagen: Dieses klebrige Gefühl an den Händen ist wirklich nicht besonders angenehm. Wen das aber nicht stört, kann mit den Bällen bestimmt gut trainieren. Denn ansonsten erfüllt das Produkt schon seinen Zweck.
