I have been suffering from shoulder tendinitis and arthritic spine for several years now and nothing seems to help. But surprisingly this one gave me a much needed relief just after 2 days of using it. The fabric is comfortable and it doesn’t cause me to feel hot. The metal inserts can be removed easily before washing. The Velcro straps are easily accessible to tighten the areas that needs to be corrected. I believe this product is worth the money. It helped correct my posture and lessen my chronic pain. FYI, I am back to walking my dog in the mornings since I started wearing this brace. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use, comfortable and well built *by R***S on August 13, 2023* The posture brace arrived quickly and the instructions to wear were easy to follow. The posture brace is well designed to align the shoulders down and back to facilitate proper posture. The brace is constructed from materials that will last with boning placed structurally to help support the back but padded with materials that are comfortable. The stretchable straps that help align the shoulders are flexible wrap around the front of the brace under the bustline and velcro type materials can be adjusted as tight or loose as needed for comfort. The brace fits well under clothing, and is not noticeable unless wearing necklines that are lower on the shoulders such as a tank top.Initially I tried to pull my shoulders back so far, that it was not comfortable and could only wear the brace for two hours. The next time, I loosened the straps a bit and was able to wear all day - from 6:30 AM to 11 PM. Each week I have made the straps just a bit tighter and my posture is improving.I highly recommend this product to all and suggest you start reasonably; do not try to correct years of bad posture in a day. One tip, for the first few times you wear the brace, be sure to wear with dark slacks or skirt.
