Better than a full incline table
The stretch on this is great. Better than a full incline table because you can get a stretch through the chest as well as the vertebrae, and because there is no ankle pain. Very comfortable, very effective stretcher.

The stretch feels nice. Not sturdy at all
The adjustment pin that goes in the back broke the very first time I used it. It just got crushed like someone took a bolt cutter to it. That thing might as well be plastic as easily as it broke in half. I weigh a tad less than 200 pounds. I can't image the company could have possibly tested these things and NOT known that the adjustment pin breaks so easily. It is still usable I just won't be able to adjust it.It works and the stretch feels nice but I keep mine on a nice soft yoga mat because the thing is flimsy and feels like it could break at any moment. When it does break finally, which I'm almost certain will happen at some point, I want to make sure I land on a soft yoga matt and not something like concrete! If you are a lightweight, around 150 pounds or less, may work well for you if you're gentle with it.

Back Stretcher
Seanleecore Inversion Table: I purchased this device to supplement my inversion table, something that is portable that I can take to multiple day golf tournaments. This device was relatively easy to assemble. If you're a spatial person following the pictures will provide enough info to put this device together. My instructional manual had english and chinese; the pictures were only somewhat helpful. I have what's called a "frozen spine." Meaning I have limited ability to get my spine into flexion/extension or lateral flexion. I've only had this device for a couple of days but so far so good. I usually go for about 5 mins. I find the decompression works well and this device allows me to get into a safe extension of the spine. I use this after walking, after workouts with weights and kettlebells and after a golf workout. We'll see how the durability will last on this device. Since it's portable I'll be able to take this to multiple day golf tournaments. My one recommendation to the manufacture is to make the handles down by the seat pad more sturdy. Feels like now if I press to hard I'll brake the handle. Like I said previously, so far so good.

Stretch!
My teenage son put this together. He complained about the instructions, but he got it. I had to look at the Amazon ad to figure out how to get onto this thing. Then, once on it, I laughed my ass off. I made the mistake of leaving the dogs in the room with me. They licked my chin and bit at my ears. I couldn't figure out how to get up off of the thing! I was stuck and at their mercy. I had to yell for the kids to come save me from the dogs, and to pull me up. I run about 2 miles a day, so I am relatively fit, but I was stuck. We all laughed so hard I almost peed myself! So, here is the deal, it gives a good stretch to the back and to the front of the thighs if you leave your feet on the bottom pad. I am not sure about it correcting posture yet, but it gave a good stretch. I feel like I was worked by a masseuse or something. Going to feel this in the morning. LMAO! I do think this will get easier the more I use it. I am impressed with it so far. Update: to get off of this, you grab the handles down by your buttocks and use your feet to push yourself up. It gets easier and I can feel my muscles loosening up and not being as tight, not only in my back, but also in my legs. I like this thing.

Love this addition to my back support
I bought this device as I have disk degenerative disease and was looking for something that I could use to stretch my spine daily. I love this thing. I keep it in my office and use it when I have been sitting for a while, as well as anytime my back is stiff or hurting. It does a great job of getting a good stretch. I read in a review about it being difficult as it was so low to the ground. I have had no issues. I get on my knees to get on and off it. I have it next to the couch which I use to help stand up. For me, it is worth the little bit of maneuvering.
