You will see it's empty when you look at this picture . You then mix this with 3 liters of warm water ( it has to be warm water does not work with cold ). You will know it's mixed as it goes cloudy . You then cover the area that you want to clean with the mixture and leave to dry . You do not clean it off when it's wet or it doesn't work **Q: Once you've made up the solution - do you have to use it all at once or will it keep for a period of time? Thanks** A: We had a big urine problem with two male cats fighting for dominance in the house, so we had to use it a lot. I bought a pump garden sprayer to apply the solution, which was an excellent idea by the way! We would make up 2l of solution in the sprayer and then use it as required. The solution kept fine for a period of a week or more. It works fantastically well, the result is instant. We had to spray the walls, skirting sand carpets to deal with the spraying. It didn't cause any problem on any surface. Completely recommended. **Q: Can someone tell me how to dilute and use this product please. The microorganisms from the cleaner dissolve the contamination simply by turning it into water and oxygen. The cleaning - and removing of odors - from the surface/material can only be effective if the cleaning liquid is thoroughly absorbed around the contamination. (Oftentimes the contamination has soaked further into the contaminated material, than one would expect with the size of the visible stain.) If you are trying to clean thick material like carpets or cushions, you might need quite a good amount of cleaner for one application.If it takes a while for the smell to disappear, a reason for this may be that depending on the material of the surface it has not fully absorbed into the fabric. Cotton absorbs liquids well, whilst other materials are different. Additionally it is important to let the cleaner absorb for a few minutes and then to clean the area with a sponge or brush and clear water.In case the unpleasant smell remains on the material, you can repeat the application after 1-2 days and look for more contamination (e.g. with a UV flashlight).I do hope that with the instructions pdf and these tips you are able to remove the stain and unpleasant odor of the material completely.If not, please get in touch with us and describe precisely how you used the cleaner. Will this product stop him from using it again once cleaned?** A: I dont think so. If you clean the area and clean it again if he does it again it may stop him because he will think anywhere with his scent is a toilet. So getting rid of the smell with this product perhaps using a watering can and letting it dry might help. If it doesnt work, perhaps a strong smelling disinfectant might put him off. Sorry I cant be of more help. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product- totally saved the day and so glad I found the CleanUpStore. *by M***N on 17 May 2017* It takes a lot to impress me, but........I'm totally and utterly impressed with this product and the company that supplies it. I can't tell you how many urine removers I've tried in the past, from shop bought to home remedies and nothing has worked quite like this. I have a small cattery where I look after other people's cats and have 7 cats myself so need to keep everything smelling sweet, both in the home and in the catteries. A couple of weeks ago the biggest but rather striking entire tom cat strolled into my garden. Luckily I had a spare cattery I could put him in, I advertised him locally and had him vet checked - no microchip and in a rather sorry state with open wounds and sores, scar tissue everywhere, scabby ears and the most appealing skin caused by a flea infestation. Anyway surffice to say he stank to high heavens, and no amount of cleaning would remove the smell, which in turn encouraged other toms to come in and ended up with a peeing competition on my hands. So glad I bought this product and a little goes a long way. A small amount mixed in a spray bottle, sprayed about and then hosed down removed the smell completely. Just for good measure I sprayed again and left to dry - no lingering tom cat aroma. I also cleaned the sleeping area with this as boy does that smell get everywhere. I used my usual disinfectants, solutions that kill all known viruses and then finished off with this (because without this it still smelt). Would also like to add I had a small problem with a leaking bottle that the CleanUpStore sorted out straight away, excellent customer service which is unusual now a days, another reason to be impressed. As for the stray, he got neutered today so his lovely aroma should hopefully start to decrease. I've called him Mr Tibbs and I guess you could say he's sort of moved in so I am still using the product round the home in a Fabreze sort of way until his smell goes, and I'll continue to use it. I purchased this as following the introduction of a new kitten into the household, one of my adult cats took umbrage and started peeing on the lounge carpet, delightful... the smell was overpowering even though I religiously used a Vax carpet shampooer every time it happened. I was very nearly resigned to thinking that I would have to wait for my fur baby to get over his trauma and then re-carpet when I found this little miracle.You simply mix a small amount of this product (measuring device incorporated into the bottle) with lukewarm water, spray or slosh it onto the carpet, wait a few minutes and either blot it up or use a carpet shampooing machine to suck it up again - job done, horrific smell gone, carpet saved!AND I discovered that not only did the wonder product take the smell of cat urine out of my Vax it also dissolves stains so I tried it on mattresses and that worked too, it also saved a goatskin rug that got widdled on by the precious furbag.The product is chemical free and completely safe with only a very mild clean smell to it (I had also bought the bright pink Craftex Cat Urine Neutraliser but the smell was so strong as sickly that it went straight down the sink).
