Having experienced a range of Samsung's wireless earbuds, from the original Galaxy Buds to the FE and Pro models, I can confidently say the Buds 2 Pro represents a significant step forward. The build quality remains consistent with the familiar design, though the packaging does exude a slightly more premium feel, reminiscent of the original Buds Pro.Where these earbuds truly shine is in their audio performance. The sound quality is exceptional, and the active noise cancellation is remarkably effective. In my experience, they even outperformed my Sony WH4 headphones during air travel, which was a pleasant surprise. A particularly welcome addition is the ability to adjust volume by touching the ear tip, freeing up the side tap controls for other functions.Battery life is adequate, though not a dramatic improvement over previous iterations. Charging is reasonably quick, but not exceptionally so. Overall, the Buds 2 Pro delivers a refined and high-quality listening experience that surpasses its predecessors.

I bought these to replace my second pair of Galaxy Buds live and they are just on another level. I avoided in-ear buds for 20 years because my friend had to go A+E to have a silicone sleeve removed from his head and only bought the pro's because they discontinued buds live and all other outer ear buds looked trash or had trash reviews. Firstly the noise cancellation on the pro buds are so good and the function of allowing ambient noise is fantastic and surprisingly useful. The main thing which make the buds so good are the sound quality, buds live were great but the pro's are just sharper, deeper base, clear treble and have great battery life of 6/7 hours at a really high volume.

Bought these a month ago. Seem okay, rapid tracked royal mail 24 hour delivery.Tried to contact the seller, BEST DEALS GADGETS. Enquiring if there's a warranty. This was about 5 days ago. No response.Since then, it is now marked under a seller as "blue fish"I'm actually a little sceptical. These are sealed. Seem absolutely legitimate. Will pair with a Samsung phone. Accessible by the Samsung wearable app. And connect with the buds 2 pro and watch 6 classic.These won't show any warranty when registering them on the Samsung website, and the seller won't respond regarding their own warranty.Great at half price. Concerning about lack of feedback and switch in selling names.

Got this because my buds pro was a bit too big for my ear.It fits snugly and is very lightweight.Sound production is very good too .I will recommend it.

The product was in almost brand new condition. They fit really well and sound absolutely wonderful, BUT. Delivery was by EVRI and it arrived a week late. (the package had a sticker on saying 'Next Day Delivery') Shocking and shoddy service. Don't trust them. (That's why such a very low rating)

2nd pair I've owned and confirm these are genuine. Great price for a really excellent pair of earbuds

Very surprised to see these are a genuine samsung product, given the price drop compared with other sellers and with Samsungs own website.They sync with Galaxy Wearables app, and can e registered on the Samsung Members app, so everything checks out.The product itself is fantastic too - the voice detect feature to stop the active noise cancelling is super nice, and the 9 differrent touch commands lead to very easy, intuitive control.Top tip for the second touch point on each bud (turn on in "labs" setting) - tapping the back of your ear is much easier than trying to tap the small touch zone near your earlobe. Since it works with an accelerometer you can just tap the back of your ear and it works really reliably.
