Comfortable and good support but a little expensive.
I've had plantar faciitis for a few years now. It doesn't hurt me day to day anymore after working on it with stretches and support but I have to wear support insoles in all my footwear to keep it at bay.I had to trim these for them to fit into a pair of size 8.5 shoes. This is very easy and there is a cutting guide on the underneath of the insole to help you.The gel disk on the heal helps stop them from moving in your shoe. They shouldn't move anyway if they are the right size so I'm not sure they help but they don't do any harm either and gives a little cushioning. The forefoot is flexible enough for these to be worn in running shoes but I haven't tried this out personally. The arch isn't too aggressive so these are comfortable but still give good support. These have more structure on the arch than many insoles I've used which should make them stay in shape for longer.I've been wearing these type of insoles for years now but it's important to know that if this is your first pair they take a while to get used too. Initially they are likely to make your feet ache so wear them maybe in a spare pair of slippers for an hour or two a day until you are used to them. For plantar faciitis these type of insoles do work when used alongside calf and hamstring stretches so give them a try. These are a good set of insoles but I'd like to see them closer to £20.

Too thick for trainers
These are too thick and cushioned as such if you have high arches already they will not leave you much volume in the shoe as your foot will sit so much higher up and feel tighter. Most of my shoes too tight now with these insoles so wont be using. Arch pad is very pronounced and firm.

Very strong support and very comfortable
I ordered these to replace some worn out insoles as I need support for my plantar fasciitis that I started suffering from a few years ago. These are noticeably different from my regular brand in that they are a bit thicker and feel much stronger.I have put these in my indoor shoes and they fit perfectly without cutting (for size 11) - there is room to cut them down if necessary. These do cost a bit more than my regular ones but I can see why - these feel like they will last longer than the ones I was generally replacing every couple of months. These are still feeling like new after nearly 3 months of use and no where near needing replacement yet so I'm very happy!

Firm arch support and good quality insoles
These insoles seem to be very well made. They are quite rigid and give firm support on the arch area. I typically wear size 4.5 shoes and these fit very nicely into a pair of Hush Puppies trainers I have. The main part of the sole is pretty comfortable and I find that the main raised area of the insole fits well to my arch, which are reasonably high. They really are quite firm and I found it fairly uncomfortable for just walking around the house. I have had plantar fasciitis previously, and I expect that these would be great when it’s flaring up, but for day-to-day wear, I’d prefer something a little more foamy.Having looked at orthotics for PF previously, I think these are good value for the cost, as they seem really nice quality and I will be keeping them handy for when my foot problems inevitably return!

Really uncomfortable
I don’t know if it’s just me and ordered the wrong ones but they really hurt my inner sole under my palms, the rest of it is so comfortable where the toes and hill and it’s a amazing quality and strong but it’s so high in the middle

Quality soles, that certainly worked for me !
The insoles are of top quality material and provide excellent support for your feet, not to mention they are comfortable too.If they are bit too big for your shoe, they are easy to trim with guideline markings on the underside of the sole, showing where to cut them bit please not DO NOT trim off too much, just trim a very little off at a time until you get the perfect fit in the shoe.I personally have suffered a lifetime of plantar fasciitis/flatfoot with moany of the so called soles I have been given or tried, providing little or no support or help at all, but within 10 minutes of using these soles I was truly surprised at the results, they supported my feet perfectly.I can't comment on using them for running (wish I could run !) but for everyday walking they have transformed my life, I no longer get pain in my feet.I do realise that everyone is different and they may work for some people and not others but I can say honestly that they work great for me, and they are certainly worth try if, like me, you suffer with foot pain. Conclusion :The are now at a reduced price £19.88 minus a £2.19 voucher, making them £17.69 (as of 21 March 2023) which is far lower then the £25.99 when I received them, I was going to knock a star off for price, but I can't justify that now, so it a 5 star rating from me !
