Surprisingly good, might require some DIY
Installed it on a Secret Lab Omega 2020, alongside the HOTAS mount from the same brand. Both are well compatible with the chair and with each other. I'm using it with a stick on a 20cm extension, which means I had to mount it low. The only way I could manage to put it both at the desired height and distance was by cutting one of the aluminium profiles to 14cm, which turned out to be harder than I expected. Also if you do so, make sure you cut the side with the tapped holes -- not all of them are! The resulting setup is surprisingly stable, albeit a bit flexible in the pitch axis (not an issue in practice). The bigger issue is that the final setup is a bit clumsy: the chair has to be moved very carefully not to hit anything with the mounts. Getting in and out is tricky. Cable management is tricky. Unmounting the stick from the chair and turning it back into a regular office chair is relatively fast and easy, but still not something I'd want to do every day (albeit I'm lazy). It is not specific to this particular product but to the general concept of chair mounts. I guess there'd be a different set of trade-offs if you go with desk mounts, so choose carefully. If you do opt for a chair mount, this one is a great solution!

A bit pricey for what you get
This kit is pretty good quality. Unfortunately, it doesn' fit the two gaming chairs that I own. For what comes in the box, it's over priced IMHO

It's "ok"
I like most of it, but the mount for the stick itself is too thin and bends as soon as you move the stick to full elevation - I use a WinWing F16ex stick with standard springs. I used another old mount which was twice as thick and much stronger, and it's now fine. But the one it comes with is not for for purpose.

I bought this to experiment positioning my ENORMOUS Rhino forcefeedback stick before cutting up a chair and making something from scratch. This kit is obviously not designed for a stick that is 2-3x taller and >10x heavier than a typical hotas, and I did not expect it to actually work "as is" (or even at all). I hoped I could re-use some elements of it maybe. But Im surprised how sturdy it is. When mounted more or less as intended (without the upper part), it had no trouble with my 7Kg behemoth and to my great surprise, it felt very sturdy. Its also easy to install, the mechanism that connects to the chair is clever. I will reuse that. To get the very tall stick lower, I then tried changing the mount 90 degree downwards from the chair, but then I can only use 2 of the 4 mounting holes on just one side of the angle bracket and that makes it rather floppy (unless I cheat and make it rest on the wheel legs). Some shimming and larger bolts may still solve that. Overall Im quite impressed with the quality for this price. The actual joystick mounting plate seems a little thin maybe, but Im not using it and it its probably fine for a typical joystick.
