Great as part of a sleep stack
I use this with magnesium glycinate and L-theanine in the evening, and it works really well as a sleep combo. I noticed a clear calming effect and it seems to help me wind down better at night.

The product is fine and I love the price.
I was very pleased with the price. The product is good quality. Glycine is the only supplement that actually makes me feel more relaxed and sleepy before bed and helps me get to sleep. Unfortunately it seems to be giving me bad dreams. I wouldn't say there is anything wrong with the product it's just that supplements affect everyone differently. Maybe I will reduce the dose or take it less often. Glycine is supposed to help with collagen production which is great.

Useful for a good nights sleep
I bought these as it is supposed to lower your body temperature meaning a better nights sleep. I find I do sleep better taking these an hour before bed, as I am less restless and sleep deeper. The tablets can be difficult to swallow, but holding them in your mouth makes them dissolve - they are slightly sweet, so it's not too bad to do so

Not sure about these
Not sure these are doing anything. Don’t feel any different. They are large and dry so hard to swallow, so decided to try chewing them and they just taste sweet, so I’m a bit sceptical

NOT 1500 mg
you have to take 3 capsules to get 1500 mg ! I take 3000 mg to help me sleep, which means i have to take 6 !! I always used another company , where i only needed to take 3 capsules in order to get 3000 mg, but it was out of stock ! NEVER again
