I used this for my face when I make my own scrub and I love it !

EXCELLENT medicine for many things but I use it for CYSTIC ACNE. I mix in a small bowl a spoonful of honey and sprinkle tumeric powder over the honey (maybe about another spoonful worth) and begin to stir the 2 together which creates a paste, a natural cleanser, that you should NOT leave on longer than a few minutes. I have left it on too long and it begins to burn the skin. when the cysts are larger I will put a bandaid over the paste on the cysts so it stays in place and doesn’t drip down. I leave it on about 8-10 min. Take a Q-Tip (or finger) and dab a scoop of the paste onto the cyst. Wait a few minutes. Then take off bandages if used. Then shower or remove access paste. It seems like it stains the skin at first when taking it off but the color does remove! :)
