Great value for the money

After a while I started having an issue with sensitivity and responses from the screen, though the watch worked in every other way. I asked if there was a fix for that after I had tried a full reset. The response was that they were sorry and send me a replacement the next day. So far it is working perfectly. Absolutely brilliant and friendly service and support.

This smart watch is a great price and oacked with features. Easy to set up with the app and link to phone. Comfortable to wear. Been using the exercise tracker, with 100 exercises to choose from. Alexa also a great feature to have. Very happy with it

I do appreciate this is a relatively cheap smart watch and I do not expect the functionality of more expensive watches but...the step counter works very occasionally (registers 5-10% of steps) and the sleep monitor does not work at all. The health monitor works OK most of the time and music controller is actually pretty good.It really wasn't worth the money and now I'm having issues obtaining the return label as the return cut-off date approaches.Wish I'd picked a more expensive watch.

This is the third dmart watch I have purchased, and with out dought the best, great battery life, easy to setup and use, works perfect with our Alexa system and my phone. Cost more than the others but you get what you pay for and this was without dought wprth the extra cost. Even got a sapre dress strap for those special ocassions, the original is rubber so perfect for doing anything like swimming or out doors in the rain.

Watch was easy to setup.Was very disappointed in the performance relating to the accuracy of readings.The watches calculations regarding distance/calories/steps/pace/bpm was out by 25%.This was checked against my garmin gps tracker +when out walking/running use road sign distances.So will probably just use as a (watch).

My wife gave this watch to me for my birthday and I just loved it, it has all I need and great features, I don’t miss any calls or meetings and it’s a great benefit. I certainly recommend it!

It's OK for a budget smart watch, and when it pairs with the app correctly its OK, but it drops out of connectivity often. Its robust, well made and looks expensive.They (the developers) need to stabilise the app because this is a big problem for the watch.The app needs to run in the background and occasionally drops out, leaving the watch hanging there, waiting for info. When it does, it comes in rapidly!
