Because of this I would drink the second cup right before bed in the hopes the oil would sit in my kidneys overnight. I expelled a large kidney stone today, and before this my discomfort has been quite minimal without pain killers. Mostly that pesky desire to urinate when I know I don't have to. I am of the unprofessional opinion that the oil in these interact with the stones. I plan to steep some of the bags, let the water evaporate, and submerse the stones in the oil and see what happens.
