These are great little lures when salt water fish are feeding on small bait such as 2-3 inch shiners. They weigh a little over 1/2 oz. and cast like a bullet on light line. They look great, have very realistic eyes, and a life like scaly finish. The lures are well made, come in beautiful colors, and are almost indestructible. They are medium/deep running lures. These lures are almost identical to artificials imported from Scandinavia in the late 50s and early 60s. Shortly after the imports arrived and proved deadly for Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel several tackle companies in the US began to produce them.
