I have had a total knee replacement that hasn't gone to plan, so I have been limited to how far I can walk. The problem isn't just my knee but my lower back because my gait is out & the pain is really bad after only a hundred metres or so. I bought this hip belt because I've tried a full back support, tens machine, etc, which haven't worked. This hip belt worked a treat and I can walk much further than before, it's adjustable and very comfortable. The belt does get a bit wet with sweat, so I bought another it's that good. I am very happy with my purchase

This belt is a good product, it’s fit snug and it does help with the pain, it is easy to use, it is all Velcro so no buckles digging in when you put it on, after a while you forget your warring the belt, I would recommend this product

Perfect support for my lower back pain issue. You can sweat easily wearing it for long periods which can make it rub.

I'm so suprise how much relief I have got from this belt. I'm a paramedic and have suffered with a perforated disc for 7 years, I've managed the pain and sciatica fairly well over this time but over the last 1 months it's become so bad I've struggled to stand and mobilise as normal. Given this presentation I thought I would try this belt and I'm still shocked how effective it's been for me personally, as soon as I put it on I felt a relief, I can now sit and stand without shouting out in pain. Really worth the money. I'd highly recommend for low back pain and/or sciatica.

Used this when I had an episode of lower back pain and it really helped support my back when moving around. My mum uses one to help with sciatica and it got her out of the house for a walk for the first time in weeks. My husband also has one and wears it to work. So good, I've just purchased a spare!

Update I can't believe 3 days after return date the velcro no longer sticks. So this only lasted 4 weeks. No longer giving it 5stars I have recently moved and this belt has been a godsend. Has given great support and helped ease my lower back pain.

Atteinte d'une fibromyalgie, j'ai entre autres des douleurs dans les hanches associées à des crises du nerf sciatique. Les médicaments ne sont pas franchement efficaces pour ces maux là. J'ai donc essayé cette ceinture, sans grande conviction il est vrai... Et bien j'ai été surprise du soulagement en quelques heures après l'avoir portée !!! Facile à mettre, aucune gêne une fois posée c'est juste nickel. Je recommande +++
