These solar candles are exactly what I was hoping for. They give off a lovely, gentle flickering glow that looks just like a real flame — without the fire risk! I popped them into my outdoor lanterns and they came on automatically at dusk, staying lit until dawn. No switches, no fuss — just leave them in a sunny spot to charge. Even after a cloudy day, they still lasted through the evening. Waterproof too, so I don’t need to bring them in when it rains. They really add a warm and welcoming feel to the garden without any maintenance. I have lots of solar lights in the garden - these look simply fab (no charging panel on show - you simply plonk them in day/sunlight and they charge)... once the sun has set, they flicker and glow romantically and actually give off a fair amount of light - they are very lightweight and the same size as church candles (three different in one set, in my case) So impressed I ended up buying two sets of these lovely lights. NOTE: they work with a rechargeable battery so, if they ever do stop working (and they've been glowing for months now) I'd replace the battery. They are water proof but shouldn't sit in water (as you can remove the base to turn them off / replace the battery). These are the first lights to come on at dusk and the last to switch off at dawn (were still on at 6am the morning after a fairly overcast day in May!) Deffo recommend

They don't have the longest runtime, but that might because mine are on a windowsill in lanterns. When "burning" they do look very nice and you honestly could believe those are real candles. Quality feels okay - especially for indoor use. They're a simple product with no colours timing options. They come on when it gets dark and flicker decoratively until the battery goes flat. They cast a reasonable amount of flickering light which is bright enough to read by and gives a room a lovely homey, cosey olde-worlde feeling.

If you live in the UK or a country with similar weather, avoid this product. The design of the product replicating a partially melted candle looks great but allows rain water to collect in the dished top. When this happens the candles stop working until the water is tipped out. This is if the candle hasn't blown away first. They are super light and have no way of being secured. These candles were bought to bring some light to a burial plot but were quickly swapped for something more suitable.

Wasn’t sure how or if these were going to work but they did. I had two solar lanterns with built in candles but I think they must have got waterlogged and so they stopped working so I took all the bits out of them and disconnected the wire to the solar panel and put these candles inside and they worked perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Effective glow, but needs full exposure to daylight to charge well.

Really happy with these. They are bright, battery life seems fine, stays on for a good long while, easy to use just turn on, are a nice amber glow and relatively affordable. They look somewhat 'plastic' during the day but worth it for how beautiful they are in the dark.

Die Outdoor Solarkerzen wurden sehr schnell und pünktlich geliefert. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man die hochwertige Verarbeitung – die Lampen wirken robust und edel. Im Einsatz machen sie richtig was her. Das Licht flackert leicht und erzeugt ein sehr realistisches Kerzenflair, ohne echte Flamme. Es entsteht sofort eine gemütliche und warme Atmosphäre – genau das schöne Gefühl, das man sich von solchen Lichtern wünscht. Wir nutzen sie aktuell auf der überdachten Terrasse und sind begeistert. Hinweis: Wir haben die Kerzen bisher nur unter Dach verwendet und sie noch nicht direkt mit Regen oder Wasser in Kontakt gebracht. Dazu können wir daher noch keine Aussage machen. Fazit: Für den Preis sind das wirklich tolle Solarkerzen. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder kaufen und können sie für alle empfehlen, die schönes, flackerndes Licht ohne Aufwand wollen. Empfehlung: Absolut kaufenswert! 🌟
