Heat with some tang and a hint of sweetness
Our family had been on the hunt for a good hot sauce for a while. We'd tried a bunch but they were mostly just one note. I stumbled on this one in Whole Foods (though I can't get it there anymore) and we loved it. Has heat but accompanied by a nice tang with a hint of sweetness. It pours easily - sometimes a bit too easily - so use a steady hand. Glad I can get it here!

Not Your Grocery Store Hot Sauce
This is not your typical hot sauce! This is a flavor sauce. i don't like hot, spicy food but, boy, do I enjoy a well-seasoned meal. I use Red Clay sauce in everything from scrambled eggs to soup to pot roast. And, the hot honey is wonderful in cornbread!

My favorite hot sauce!
My kids and I decided to have a Hot Wings challenge between us, so we went out and bought hot sauces in the local supermarkets to have a variety. Found this one in Marshall's, I think. Turned out to be MY favorite one. It's the Mild version, but it's still spicy enough that I enjoy the taste but don't sweat.

Our favorite hot sauce!
We LOVE this sauce - not too hot, terrific flavor. We usually buy directly from Red Clay but they have been out of original sauce not sold in a set. The other sauces are good but the original one is our go to sauce. We stumbled on this sauce in Charleston several years ago and always keep in the fridge. Highly recommend!

Hot and Spicy
Works great as a stand alone hot sauce or mixed in a recipe. Enjoyable to n BBQ chicken. You will be licking your fingers.

Bought two bottles and one was broken. Amazon refunded us. Perhaps one more layer of bubble wrap. I recommend the product and Amazons customer service
