These tablets are big and have a rough outer texture making them difficult to swallow. I can normally swallow tablets of this size when they have a smooth surface, but these are problematic for me and I would not recommend these tablets.

In my opinion theae are great, however there is a strong seaweed smell of the tablets (what else would kelp smell of) but some may find it overpowering. Beat ones i ve ever used

Great health benefits sea kelp is good source of iodine

Been taking sea kelp for a couple of years now, feel it keeps my system balanced, I noticed the difference when IHad not taken it for a few weeks
