They are a delicious snack. You can choose how much to eat at one setting. Hard to stop eating though since they taste so good. Not real sweet.

I was expecting the tan packaging but got the black version. If it's important to you which one you get, ask the seller before you buy. While they do have a disclaimer listed, I personally don't like it when a vendor lists a generic image and doesn't send the product shown. The one shown is the new version. What I got was the old version so how fresh is it.That aside, I like the almond cashew crunch and wanted to try the all cashew crunch. The flavor is good, but the consistency is stickier. More stuck to my molars than I like. I like the almond one better.
