Firstly, very impressed with its (somewhat unnecesary) packaging...Worked without a problem - its great that you dont have to install any app/softwareWill be checking on its functionality soon -Initial check:Managed to read/view the Pictures & GoPro video on the SD card immediatlyBut -the various Apps (including the GoPro one) could not find the Card/ folder/ video...So i expect it would need to be copied on the phone to be effectively found/used !(maybe something needs to be done - to make it visible to the App's)Two small issues:1. Would have been nice if the Lightning connecter (and the SD card sticking out) could have had a plastic cover each... which would allow the unit to be carried/ handled rough - without fear of damage/ spoiling them (especially the connecter).2. Theres a overly bright blue LED light, when its connected --- and thus would also be consuming the poor iPhone's battery to some extent.... This seems wholly unnecessary and with no apparent functionality (not required).Otherwise - a beautiful & elegant little thing.well worth the purchase !!

Got this device to make use of my 256 gb micro sd card which was lying idle for a long time.The product is of excellent design and build quality.It came in a decent box which could be utilized for storage of other small items as well.The device was detected along with the card without any trouble. There is a catch though. The usb c connection is a bit too tight and it took me few attempts when trying it with my S20 plus. Comparitively it was easier to use with my Note 8.There is a strong blue light which is active once the device is detected and in use.The file transfer speed was decent and I did not bother computing it.All in all, a very decent product from Wayona.

Price very high and Card reader Performance very slow.

Awesome product for its mini size. Performing well, except that it is too tight to fit into the Type-C port of my devices, and it is very slow, both slow to show up on the devices and slow read-and-write speeds. I feel afraid that it may spoil the Type-C ports on my mobile and tablet because it is so tight, and also it is too tight to fit the SD card into it. Otherwise it's build quality is awesome and it should be quite durable.

Nice little MicroSD card reader for my mobile phone. Was looking for a compact type C flash drive to carry my personal data which I don't want to store on the mobile phone. No such type C flashdrive is available.( Of course Dual type C/USB Type A flash drive is available and I do have one but those are comparatively large). This compact MicroSD cardreader is the next best alternative.I have now put all my personal data into a 64GB MicroSD card which I already have. The card reader works fine and serves the purpose. It came with a nice little aluminium box with a foam pad cutout to hold the compact reader ( but I found the reader outside the box in the nice outer carton ). The reader itself has provision for carrying it in the keychain. Wayona could have provided a chain and a nice plastic cap for the male C plug to prevent dust ingression.

The product worked seamlessly and is compact and portable. The packaging however was less than desirable. The adapter was outside the metal box and th box was closed. A bit of quality checks on packaging would've been appreciated.

I like that its small and portable, comes with a nice case with cushion etc to prevent it from damaging from impact. using it to transfer files from my gopro memory card to ipad and it works as it should be
