Slide to lock and lid stays locked. No funky odor coming from the lid or bottle when first opened unlike other brands. Simple, easy, and efficient. Keeps drinks cold when properly sealed . Works if left in a car in full sun in June, where the outside temperature is 90° F, drink will still be have ice in it and be cold!
