I do a lot of window and column restoration on historic homes that would rather keep the original material when possible. I’m always searching for and trying new fillers on these projects but what’s mainly available is wood based fillers and bondo / epoxy. All of these crack over time but this is something completely different. It is an epoxy mix but it has just enough of a rubber content to let it flex with the wood. There is no slump so you can fill vertical surfaces with no issues and it give you plenty of time to mold it to fit in with the trim, sash, column or whatever else you are filling. This product is the PERFECT solutions to wood repair - interior or exterior. I purchased the 2 chamber caulk gun also and it’s a heavy duty, very well made gun that comes with adapters if you have two different size tubes.
