Excellent product
Bought this for my 85 year old Mam as an alternative to a smart phone as she could use. Really good phone, does the job, Big buttons and numbers so she can see easily. Worked first time when switching on. Easy to use and text. Texting is old school so take a while but for the cost can't go wrong. Been using for last 6 months and still going strong. Ideal for older person who just doesnt want a smart phone.

Perfect for the Grandmother
Saw an advert for this phone in a newspaper and thought I could probably get it cheaper on Amazon and I was correct, what a steal for the price. Got my grandmother this phone to help with communication. Works really well and is simple to teach. I would advise hotkeying some speed dial numbers to the numpad and the dedicated buttons to make this easier to use. Can highly recommend!

Big Button Phone
Bought this for my dad (80) and it's the first phone he can actually use. It's pretty basic (therefore less complicated) but easy for him to make and receive calls, he can use texts now too. Decent battery life and reasonably quick to charge. Overall - pleased with purchase.

Seems to be more robust than the previous one and also upgraded charging port to USB C and larger capacity battery

Simple to use but unreliable
Bought one for Dad to replace his old one that wasn’t really working very well. He only uses it for calls so a simple big button flip phone is ideal. Afraid the new one is just as bad as the old one it replaced. Phone struggles to hold a signal, calls constantly drop. This was a simple to use mobile phone for an 85 year old relative.She can answer the phone easily, which is all we wanted the phone to be able to do.She is 85 and not technical at all and this phone has satisfied our requirements.
