I've had rheumatoid arthritis and read turmeric tablets would help. I take two every morning with water before food as recommended. I've been taking these for several months and will continue to do so as these seem to be really working for me by helping to reduce the inflammation. Like a lot of woman I also suffer with constipation and I am not sure if it is coincidence or not but that seems to have cleared up and I am as regular as clockwork now. I'd recommend these turmeric tablets but you must give them time to work, if you take them daily before anything else you will soon get into the routine.The customer service is extremely good too, they keep in touch by email asking how you are doing and offer advise after your purchase.

Have taken these for 4 weeks now so feel able to comment. My muscle pains are decreasing daily and I feel like my old self after quite a while of struggling on a daily basis. Very difficult to be able to say that Turmeric has made the difference but I am going to continue to take these capsules as I want to feel like I do now going forward. I am 73 years old so anything that me feel better is fine by me. Hope this helps.

After having hurt my ankle and needing to reduce swelling that didn't seem to want go down, I bought this.Must say that I have been pleasantly surprised. On days when I am achey, it seems to do the trick and is helping me on the road to recovery.Am definitely going to continue taking it.

Unfortunately after taking Turmeric with BioPerine 600mg one in the morning, with my breakfast for 3 days I had bloody stools. I stopped taking it for a week then decided to give it another go and the same thing happened. Will not take this supplement again.

I understand that Turmeric is good for us but, personally, I did not notice any difference.
