The mat is very pretty - designs just as shown. This mat is thicker than my old mat and feels very supportive and comfortable. I like the texture. It would be nice if it came with a carry strap. ( I bought one separately.) One general comment - I wish the "standard yoga mat size" was wider. So many things we do in class we go off the edges and are on the floor. Why not make them wider and a couple inches longer? Not a critique of this mat - but mats in general seem too small - although I'm a pretty small person.

I’m a yogi of 20 years and have used several mat brands, including Manduka and Prana. Ordered this mat for the designs. Used upon getting it and my hands were sliding a bit, although the mat itself was firmly on the floor. After practice, I cleaned the mat with a water/witch hazel/essential oils mix, and noticed that my hands didn’t slide at all during the second practice. I recommend using a yoga towel over this if using it for hot yoga. Otherwise, great purchase, lightweight yet cushy under the knees. I might buy another one with a different design.

I use this mat in yoga and fitness classes. The density is perfect, and even when I wear socks I don't slip. The colors and design are beautiful and I always get compliments. Easy to clean, easy to roll, and really comfortable for the back and knees, especially when placing on a hard surface.

As soon as I got the package I filled out a return request. The mat looked too thin for my needs. I decided to try it for one day just to make sure and boy did I change my mind fast. It was super grippy, and when I did back exercises of rolling my back or putting my knees on the mat, I felt zero hard wood floor. Wow, I was impressed. To top it off, I love the unique design. So far the design / mat hasn’t peeled with use. Good buy to replace my cheap, peeling mat.

I’ve never had a pro yoga mat. Now that I’m committed it was time. This May is gorgeous snd thicker for my injured foot to feel supported.

Usually I'll give a product time to fall apart or explode unexpectedly, but this thing is just quality through and through.While unwrapping, I'm telling myself I hope I like it because the mat looks awesome even rolled up - the colors are just as vibrant in person.The texture is well above what I had been used to on the standard, generic yoga mat. The raised bumps resemble that of a rope weave and feel great. The mat is thinner than my old one but is denser and more resilient. Less give but not uncomfortably so.And many items reviewed on Amazon will mention the product's unexpected smell. This is usually never good.Not here. Really good yoga mat. Doesn’t move or slip I use it almost everyday.

Good mat at their price peers but it won’t my first choice of yoga mat. Bought it for my daughter who will be learning yoga and I think it’s good enough for her. Doesn’t look durable if I’m the one who use it but it looks good for my kid. It’s very lightweight and she can carry it. Nice color nice pattern. Hope it can last for reasonable period.

Good grip and thickness but chemical smell rather strong even after airing for a number of days. worse when doing poses where face is near the mat. Hopefully smell will go away.
