Received this the next day of ordering and nicely boxed and securely packed inside.I read the instructions and was a little doubtful of how to set this up, particularly with the pouring of water diagram.Anyway, I set the rocks in place by pulling out the clear plastic bottom bit. I was quite particular with placement and spent quite some time. I shouldn't have worried as you can rearrange them at any time.Filling with water is straight forward - just take the top off and pour in the middle up to the maximum line.The buttons are very touch sensitive which is a great thing. I found that on the first couple of goes I was pressing too hard and getting frustrated. Ham fists are not required!Scents are paramount and I initially but some of my men's cologne in. It was OK but not designed for this purpose (I got a bit sneezy).So I chose proper essential oils, quite affordable as I think for around £8 I will have far well over a years worth of drops.I am currently using Sandalwood which is great. I also have Vanilla but yet to try.Just bear in mind that if you change fragrances, I found it may take two full bowls on power to clear the cross contamination of the previous one. Or that may just be the fact that I initially used cologne instead of oil.

My house smells gorgeous, my son is Autistic and ADHD and he loves it, helps him relax with the amazing glow and the sent helps him relax, we have 2 dogs also so helps with the dog smell, worth every penny, very stylish, love it

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great little diffuser. So easy to set up and it looks really effective. For once the image/s are actually a true representation of the product. It has really simple instructions. The essential oils must be added to the water before the water is poured into the diffuser and the essential oils aren’t included.It looks really nice on my hearth and I imagine when it’s dark on an evening it looks even better.

This is very aesthetically pleasing, and fantastic for aromatherapy, however as for the himalayan salt, it never gets warm so that's not going to do what it's supposed to

Good diffuser. Salt gives a good vibe and overall a good purchase. Although the power cable looks cheap. Overall good.

It worked for a few hours then it never worked again. I’m so disappointed with this item and so annoyed that I have to return another broken item to Amazon

Absolutely lovely product, stylish and warming. Looks like a flame but it's just steam and light. Brought lavender oil to go in it. Really relaxing

This diffuser is perfect, elegant looking, actual looks like fire when diffusing from the top! Easy to use, no noise, great value, and perfect size!

It's definitely got a cool effect but it's got a bunch of features and issues that just suck.For the features:*the light options aren't great, it's pretty bright and there are no dimmer options so it doesn't make a great night light unless you want the whole room lit up*the buttons aren't great at all. There are some days ive hit the power "button" (it's like a flat touch kinda deal) 20ish times and it still won't turn on. I've pressed on it, around it. There's obviously a secret I don't know about.Issues:*pure and simple it leaks. It's a slow leak so at first I just thought it was just a little bit of water from tooth brushing and face washing but I keep finding the salt rock tray full of water. Which from my understanding of how this thing is supposed to work shouldn't be in there as nothing passes through the salt rocks.I wouldn't recommend, is it cool? yes, is it kinda a piece of crap? Also yes

This works perfectly for my spa bathroom. The essential oil smell permeates the air throughout my bathroom. It gives off a good amount of light. The fire effect is amazing.

Easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. The diffuser works well and the faux flames are realistic. Would highly recommend.
