The bar is longer than I thought. I used one night to do squats and felt the pain within the same hour. It works well. The elastic stretches pretty well.

Absolutely no resistance!
What an absolute waste!!!! I waited over 2 months to receive this product and it’s flimsy and worthless! There is no resistance whatsoever in any of the exercises in the instructions that came in the box or pictured.

The resistance band is weak
The band is extremely weak and doesn't provide a good workout. Mostly good for stretching.
