Is it okay to frying?

Not sure that I would deep fry with these but shallow fry is fine. I would suggest using another set, though. These are not great.

Yes. They are soft and flexible. They are hard where support is needed.

Are the Stainless Steel Handles Magnetic by chance?

Yes, a magnet will attach to the stainless steel. The silicone fades quite quickly with this set and the plastic measuring cups/spoons, oven mitt and storage container are very low quality.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes.They are dishwasher safe.I've run them through many times.
