I like the simplicity and build quality of this scooter. You can tell that it's solid and built well. It may not have all of the features that other electric scooters do, such as suspension or pneumatic tires, but it makes up for it in reliability and ease of use. Having solid tires means a bit of a rougher ride over bumps and cracks, but it also means less maintenance and not having to worry about getting a flat or filling your tires to the correct pressure. The screen has only one button which makes it very easy to operate and understand. The scooter looks sleek, is pretty quick in sport mode, and is lightweight and compact enough to store easily or bring with you in the trunk of your car. I am 6'0" 200 lbs and it doesn't feel too small for me. Overall, it's a well built, easy to use, worry-free electric scooter that's a great value for the price!

This scooter is awesome. It is under-powered . It does not like to go up hills by itself. BUT, it is low to the ground, front wheel driven and rear wheel braked, VERY, VEEERRRRY well balanced and super functional. I got an upgraded version - the F2 pro, which does handle hills better, but the driivabilty is not nearly in the same ball park. The narrower handle bars make for finer corrections (or the lack thereof), and the front wheel drive eliminates the possibility of unwanted wheelies and burn outs. Moreover, the rear wheel manual braking is way, WAY better for the scooting drunkard, as there is no possibility of flipping the POS end over end

BEWARE!! HUGE SAFETY ISSUE! UPDATE!!!! So in the 4 months we have had this the brakes stopped working, the controller went out and now the battery is not charging. Segway will not replace with a new one and they want me to send it back to them to have it serviced. This whole process is going to take well over a month if not longer. Something so new should not have this many problems. All his friends own electric scooters and now he will not be able to ride around with them. Will not purchase or endorse Segway products ever! Purchased and received the Ninebot E2Plus KickScooter January 29, 2025. Grandson charged it and started using it February 2nd 2025. As of May 4th, 2025 the brakes stopped working while he was riding it and now he can no longer use it. Thank goodness he was not seriously injured. It looks like the return for this was less than a month given (2-28-25). When calling Segway and explaining that it is 3 months of usage and now unsafe to ride, these were the options given to me. They will send me the parts (don't know what parts as it is an internal problem and I am not taking it apart) which I can then watch a video on how to fix it or have a person call me and walk me thru the repair, bring to Los Angeles to their repair center or ship it to them. Am I to surmise that this is an ongoing issue with these and that is why they know what part to send? Either way this Item is now useless for at least a month if not more and this is his only mode of transportation. I understand that things break and wear down, but not after only 3 months of usage. A lot of money spent for something so new to have to be fixed. Just wanted purchasers and potential purchasers to know what you can look forward to if your purchase something like this and the response you will get. Maybe save yourself the headache and look for something more reliable with a better return policy. I know I will be.

Giving it 4stars only because the break is not so good but i had this scooter for over a year and was happy to have it. I think it’s more for girls because it’s a bit small (wheels) . Couple time had problems with breaking but other than that there were no issues. Battery lasts like 3-4days

Scooter is great. It got me to and from work which is about 5 miles away in 30ish minutes. Battery life lasted the trip there and back. It comes basically assembled you just click the handlebar section into the base and wham.

Both the scooter and the Segway app work great. The app allows him to 'lock' the scooter from operating. Can someone pick it up and walk off - sure - but it's bricked until you turn it back on. His mileage has been very good too, usually recharging every couple days. Sturdy, well built, it even hauled my larger posterior around the street. Charge it to 100% the first time before use, and keep in mind first use the battery may run down faster than you think it should. Subsequent charging cycles have shown this gets a veery good distance per charge now. He's happy, it's built solid and it was priced well for the market segment.

The scooter itself seems great so far. Although, I’d caution using this seller. The scooter arrived with just a little bubble wrap and nothing else. No instruction manual but more importantly, no charger. Amazon reimbursed me, but who sends a rechargeable device without a charger? In the description it says it comes with a charger and an accessory pack. Neither were included, all that was in the box was the actual scooter.

Came within 2 1/2 days or so lock and scooter are perfect. Very good entry-level scooter in sports mode. I got at least 10 or 11 miles out of it before I had to charge if you have it in drive mode a little bit longer that’s pretty good for what it cost. Definitely recommend it for first timers. Very reliable from Segway, which is a very reputable brand.

So far works well after 2 months and 120 km’s ride. Hopefully it will last longer.

excelente marca, las llantas solidas evitan estar reemplazando la cámara de aire, buena durabilidad de la batería, lo recomiendo, llevo 6 meses y volvería a compararlo

Good scooter for the money wish the tires were air filled, and not the airless tires. My husband has a scooter with air filled tires and they tend to soak up the bumps a lot more. Other than that, it does what I needed to do.
