This laptop is super fast, no lag on Zoom even with tons of apps and tabs open. The screen quality is amazing and the battery lasts longer than any laptop I've owned. Great laptop.

I wanted a Windows 11 laptop to replace my current one which can't accept Windows 11. This Asus had all of the features I was looking for like Windows 11, 1T SSD, i9-13th gen processor, and 16 GB RAM. Lacking was touchscreen, but I was planning on using it as a desktop with a docking station. It functions quite will and satisfies all my needs. I would like additional USB-B connections and especially a power supply by USB-C, but it is a speedy, very capable machine in current configuration. I'm very satisfied with performance.

I am a first time buyer...I heard ASUS laptops were excellent laptops so I bought one, but my experience has been terrible! The fingerprint reader is so inconsistent you can't use it. Laptop goes into blue screen every time I restart it so I never shut it down but just put in sleep mode. ASUS couldn't care less if I was first time customer and couldn't figure out the problems I was having so I'm stuck with it I guess, but I'll tell you this, I'll never buy another one again! I should've bought the Dell instead because when I had a Dell laptop in past I never had one issue with it and customer service was A+

Love this laptop, its got amazin screen and the hdr is quite good, although it needs tweaking depending on the content. The battery life is good so far.For people saying the screen goes black for a second when connected to charger is due to this feature in myasus app, where the refresh rate changes to 60hz from 120hz on battery. I turned it off and there is no black screen in between.Overall i will highly recommend this, will update later on if any issue comes up.

I love Asus computers. I'm sorry some of you got lemons. It's always a possibility when buying a new laptop. But so far so good. This is my 3rd Asus since 2013. The other 2 still work great!

It shows that the weight is 5.6 or 5.9 pounds its more like 3.5 or so. very lean and thin. I am hoping it will hold up. It has the finger printer reader but I don't use it. I have read the reviews and 2 people have had serious problems with it so far. I have not but I will write back after a few months to follow up. Otherwise it was a substantial deal at the price I bought it for. 13 generation i9 is pretty much the best I could get for what I was willing to spend. This was to be high quality light weight laptop with the longest battery life possible. (and it is) I stayed with the EVO rating and the integrated video to maximize this. So far so good I'll write back after 3 months

Screen was cracked and never worked, returned. Will not buy computer via Amazon again based on this experience

Recibi el equipo y no prendió la pantalla y lo regrese

La máquina está buena la uso para ver videos y office nadamas, LO MALO aveces abro la tapa de la laptop y aparece una pantalla como un tv sin canal solo estática, tengo que cerrar la tapa y volverlo a abrir para que aparezca normal. Y cuando conecto el cargador la pantalla parpadea.
