I have tried turning all 6 of the pumps until my hands are sore and none of them open. What am I missing?** A: You are not missing a thing. They are not easy to open. You will need to go slow when you turn to the correct direction. It will pop up slowly. When you do get it to work, then reuse the pump on your next bottle.
