I love the pineapple flavor since most b vitamins taste foul, but I felt less anxiety relief and mood boost when compared to taking enteric coated SAM-e with a separate B Complex

I didn't notice much of a difference. The gummy tastes good and has a good texture. The quality is there, I just didn't notice a difference for my adhd.

I really wanted to like this! Label wise, it has an impressive combo of ingredients that should make for a great product. But in terms of effectiveness, I have to say it is no better than a placebo. I had to give up and start back on my regular Sam-e because I was having exponentially increasing depressive symptoms (which are swiftly improving with a return to my old standby).Nice concept, but no bang at all for your buck.

I took this product for 6 weeks, to help boost my thyroid. One morning I woke up so dizzy, I couldn’t even take my dog out. I thought I might be having a stroke, then decided to check out everything I was taking. After doing a lot of research, I realized that these gummies were the problem. The Tyrosine is about 5X more potent than the recommended dosage and then taking it with Sam-e compounds the problem, they both work on the dopamine levels in the brain. Anyway I quit taking them and it took about 3 days for the dizziness to go away. Also if you are taking thyroid medication the Tyrosine enhances its effect and can cause hyperthyroidism.
