This is the best purchase I made to keep an eye on my pup while we're out. I can talk to her through it and dispense treats/kibble. If she moves out of sight, I can follow her around and make sure she's safe and behaving. I can take photos and videos. The quality is excellent!!! It also has night vision. When we have our pup out with us, I put cat food in it and feed our two cats. It also has a laser and an automatic play mode that will run for ten minutes. This is great to occupy the cats when we're out. They play with the laser for ten minutes and then it dispenses food. My boyfriend can also log in on his phone to check on them. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this! Customer Service is excellent!!!! I was having an issue and was able to quickly resolve it when I contacted the company. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely buy this again!!!

This robot gets the job done. It dispenses treats, moves around reasonably quickly, and has functional night vision. The latter is probably active IR --- from the app it looks like a strobe of "light" except that it's not visible to human eye. My only gripe is that it cannot navigate the smallest (1 inch tall max) obstacle; so make sure your floor is clean.Onto networking and security. It phones home to at least this IP-port combination 47.108.171.146:8081, which upon a whois search, turns out to be an Aliyun address. And that --- is one of China's most prominent cloud service provider, courtesy of Alibaba the e-commerce giant. (Just like how Amazon has AWS.)I also had to shut down my router's firewall for the robot to work. That, combined with the robot connecting to Aliyun is why I hesitant to recommend this robot.

I had a previous model, Rocki robot, that suddenly didn’t work because the app wasn’t available. I had trouble reaching this company at first, but when they did get back to me, they were super helpful. I was able to get this model as a free replacement. My kittens love the auto play mode with the laser pointer, which is a new feature. It’s really comforting to have a way to interact with them when traveling, aside from the sitter’s updates. I hope this model’s app continues to work well.

I am able to see my puppy when I’m at work. Great video quality, battery lasts long. Love all the features like the light laser, I’m able to hear my puppy and she is able to hear me. Love this product!!

I got this robot for the time when we left our puppy at home, which is not often. While controls are coarse they are usable to some extent. While I was using it, I was fooling myself that this is a good product. Snobism. I used the robot for maybe 5 times total during the first seven months. After that the battery does not charge anymore. We tried to use the coveted warranty. Somebody at Gugligugli offered to refund half the price. Siprise! Is warranty negotiable that way? Cultural diversity and inclusion! I requested politely a replacement. They said yes. That was more than one month before writhing this. Meanwhile nobody is answering at [email protected] anymore. In the end this product as well as many others from the like businesses have more of a global warming impact than anything else. I need to stop buying this type of stuff for the sake of everybody, maybe except the sellers, who are getting rich selling junk in the US and other places.I can conclude that the Guliguli advertised customer service and warranty are in fact non-existent. That amounts to "unfair or deceptive trade practices" in the USA if I may write so myself.Follow upI just got mugged by another Chinese company, with a similar bait and switch, strategy. I don’t know if I got an old model but it does not work with 5K WiFi. Otherwise a fun robot. Freaked out my dog.
