You Have to change them when nessary. Also, you need nappy bags to dispose of them hygenicly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft and strong pants, approved by fussy 96 year old *by M***1 on 30 January 2019* We buy these for my grandmother, who is 96 and has occasional incontinence, especially as she has difficulty getting to the bathroom in time. We used to use Tena but switched to these are they are slightly softer fabric and have a pinkish nude colour rather than white. They are also slightly less bulky and big than the tena pants which she prefers. Buying them in the bigger pack is definitely more cost effective as she wears a pair every day. The big box just contains multiple plastic wrapped packs so they are still conveniently packaged for bathrooms and taking away. We buy the bigger size for her, an XL (She's a petite 16-18) as it means they have lots of stretch and are easy both when she is being dressed and for herself to pull up and tohey've very strong, you can't accidentally put a finger through them whilst pulling them up for example.
