CONCLUSION - It's been almost 2 years of daily use and this chair has held up amazing. It has proven to be the best seat in the house. I always hear how comfortable it is, to the point of guests wanting to purchase one for their own home. I do want to mention, it is a short chair. I'm 5'3 and think it's perfect. My husband is 6' and he sits in it every day as well. The softness as well as the ergonomics of it seem to fit us just right and we all enjoy using it no matter our height. Hope this helps! I kept looking at others but always coming back to this one but I was hesitant due to the high cost of shipping. I am SO GLAD I went for it. This chair is everything I hoped it would be! I'm short, 5'3 and it snuggles me just right. It is such a cozy and attractive chair. I bought the grey and while the fabric doesn't appear super high end, it's still nice and very soft. Overall I am really pleased and plan to purchase a second one. As a side note - don't expect much from the foot stool, thin and unimpressive. But the chair - 100% worth it.

My dad loves the chair. I bought it, not really knowing what to expect, and was immediately enthralled. My dad recently retired and wanted to buy him something nice for Christmas. He had an old sofa and thought about replacing it with the ottoman. However, I was quite skeptical. I did not know if my dad was going to like it. He is very special, but it turns out he loves it. He says it is not only beautiful but sturdy and comfortable. Honestly, this has been one of the best online purchases I have ever made. For the price I was totally not expecting this, but I am so happy. Also do not worry about the assembling part. It was very easy. The instructions were straightforward, easy to follow. The chair arrived well packaged. It was big but it came in well packaged, so it was not damaged during transit. All in all, very good chair. Good price for the quality. Nice cushion. The chair is comfy and is very study. Also wanted to mention that the color in the pictures are very consistent with what you get. I really expect this to last for a good time, however if I ever need to buy another one, I would come back to this as my first option.

Very comfy chair. I did loose some tools in the chair while trying to put it together, but overall it was an easy build. It took less than 10 minutes to put together. I'm 5 ft so the hight is good for me but can't be adjusted. I use it for my crocheting and watching TV. Its a good product so far. It is easy to wipe down if it gets dirty. I haven't felt worried about it breaking under my weight and I like that it swivels.

I was really excited about this chair, and I will say It looks great. The color and fabric quality met my expectations. The cushion aspect is comfortable. That being said it was extremely difficult to assemble. The instructions were all pictures and no words guiding you through. I followed the best I could but immediately something felt off. The back wouldn't fully connect, and the base was leaning to the left. The base you simply slide into the bottom of the chair, so not something I could have messed up. It doesn't just swivel, it feels like you are balancing on top of a ball. It dips to the left and has continued to get worse over the months. That base doesn't come back out either, it's just stuck. I purchased Feb '25. It's August. I've sat on it maybe 5 times during that, and it's somehow worse. It's essentially a beautiful decoration in my reading room. I reached out to the seller immediately after installation and they were unhelpful. They pushed I provide a video, when it's not something that can really be shown in a video. Which I explained, but that's the ONLY solution they gave. No other tips, or installation instructions, or offering even an exchange. Upon reading other reviews I can see this balance issue wasn't just a one off for me. If they know the product has a consistent problem they need to own up to it and offer solutions or money back. I'm so disappointed that this was my one splurge I allowed myself this past year for some comfort in a new space and it has utterly failed in delivering.

The chair is comfortable, and very soft. It swivels very nicely. I feel like the backrest is shorter than I expected it to be. But I’m only 5’3” so the chair fits me just fine. And the color is nowhere near what they show for “brown”. However I still love the color that came, it’s just a much lighter brown color. It was very easy to assemble. So far is feels fairly sturdy, but for what I paid for the chair, I feel like it could be a bit more sturdy. Overall, I think it was a decent purchase.

Absolutely loved this chair initially. Looked great in the space and so comfortable but over the last 10 month the back piece is slowly reclining. Cant find a problem with the screws/bolts, just cant handle support people. not even used regularly. No it is almost a full reclining chair.

Great chair to sit in. Spins but doesn't wobble. Comfortable angles all around. Footrest is also nice. Great color. Has become my little cat's favorite chair.

I want to start off by saying this was our dream chair, My wife loved the style and look of this chair more than any other on amazon. To give credit to the seller, the upholstery is spot on. Its soft, very well padded and I assume would be a very comfortable chair.. if it functioned as a chair. However, that's where my 2 star review comes in. The Back of the chair is attached to the bottom only by three metal bolts. These bolts are very flimsy and as soon as my wife leaned against the back of the chair, they bent backwards and 'caused the chair to topple over and my wife smacked her head on the floor and hurt her back in the process. As my wife puts it, her $50 Criss-Cross TikTok chair is 10x sturdier than this Chair. Thankfully, This seller's customer service was also spot on and after explaining what happened and sending them some photos back and forth of the frame and bolts, they offered us a full refund. We're also willing to assume that we just received a faulty chair and we hope this is not the standard experience. This chair is probably usable for a child or teenager but we Definitely don't think its made for a full grown adult. If You do intend to purchase it, it absolutely needs to be propped up against a corner or wall to get any long term use. It's also worth mentioning the base of the chair was also slopped and uneven, so that when you turned around in it, one side would lean forward and one side would lean back, which was not a great experience. The stool is a solid stool, and is the only part of this purchase my wife was able to use.
