Great stuff
This is great stuff for a great price in a great format. Goes especially well with seared scallops sushi and I assume all seared scallops even non-sushi. Goes well with salmon. Essentially use this wherever you would use lemon but use experimentally. Also makes great mayo especially mixed with kewpie. Spice level is barely registerable. That's not what it's about

If you haven't tried yuzu kosho - run, don't walk. This is wonderful. I haven't branched out to other brands so I don't have a point of comparison. I love this on vermicelli, salads, blistered peppers. A remarkable, complex flavor. Quite spicy.

Disappointed that there was no indication on the listing that this contains artificial colors and flavors. Only discovered upon receiving the item. I would avoid this product.

Sono partita dallo "Yuzu".... Profumo e sapore del frutto giapponese.. E sono venuta a sapere che si usa non solo in profumeria, ma anche in cucina.... Mi ero promesso di acquistare la salsa yuzu in uno dei tanti negozi di prodotti orientali... Averlo trovato su Amazon... Una grande comodità.. Ho potuto assaggiare questa novità (per me) senza uscire di casa... Originale il peperoncino e scorza d'arancio(yuzu) insieme... Un po' salato. Per me... Un po' costoso... Ma vale la pena di assaggiarlo.. Conoscere la cucina dei altri paesi e sempre utile
