This scale seems to be quite accurate, based on weighing some standard weights. It has more than enough capacity (10 kg) for my purposes and precision down to 0.1 grams. The weighing platform is large and stable. The digital readout is a good size and there is a backlight that comes on for a few seconds when you place an object on the platform. It has levelers on the feet and a bubble level so you can ensure the scale is truly level to get accurate measurements. The only complaint I have about it is that you need to press the buttons pretty hard to turn on the scale and to zero it for tare.

This is an excellent choice for making pottery glazes. capacity is high so I only have to weigh each ingredient once. On a triple beam balance, anything calling for more than 2 kg had to weighed out in two batches. It is fast, accurate and easy to keep clean. Price is half that of a new Ohaus triple beam, not including the counterweights and the standard weights.

This seems to be a very good scale for lab use. I would have given it 5 stars except it can't be used with batteries, paint job on the weight platform is not the best. However it seems to be accurate and it is good that it comes with a calibration weight.

It was inexpensive but heavy duty. I use it to weigh gold jewelry and it had a big enough surface take the weight of silver object too.

They advertised this product is portable therefore can run on a battery. I get the product and have to contact them because the wrong product manual was packaged with all 3 scales. No directions on what battery to use. I had to further contact them to find out what battery to order, I get the one they directed me to get. Plug in the battery and the internal parts of the scale start sparking, smoking, and smelled burnt. Almost started a fire. I sent all 3 scales back. Ridiculous.

This is a full sized lab type scale that offers repeatable measurements. The only downside was that I could not find a battery that would power it and the manufacturer is not offering its own. So if you have the counter space and donate mind plugging it in with the supplied power adapter, it is a nice scale.

I can say that this scale arrived right on I did not have to make any changes, it was so easy to setup level with the leveling feet. I couldn’t believe the price that I paid for such a precise scale not to mention how accurate it is right out of the box.
