Definitely taking a risk by having minimal coverage but I like having my phone not be so bulky. Already dropped my phone from waist height and had no damage. 5 stars because I know what I bought and wasn’t expecting otterbox type protection.

So far, so good! It’s a solid product, and I’m happy with the overall quality. The magnetic hold isn’t quite as strong as the one I had previously, but it still performs well and gets the job done.

Update. The seller sent me a new case. It’s holding up way better! I do love how this case looks and feels. Super slim. Not sure if it offers too much protection but I’ve dropped mine a couple times and we’re good so far.6 hours into having the case the “carbon fiber” started to peel off. It’s basically a skin put onto a clear case. Maybe I got a defective one that didn’t adhere right…. Who knows. It’s Shane cause the case looked great and I like the feel of it. Unfortunately durability of 1 day isn’t gonna cut it.

Aesthetically I love it. It’s minimalist, feels and looks great, and does offer decent protection to the phones body since the corners are covered and add a lip to protect the cameras from falls. BUT…i noticed in some reviews that people mentioned their phone becoming hot. I can confirm. I’ve only noticed it once during regular use, but the phone gets pretty hot when I’m fast charging at 20 watts. But I mainly charge either while plugged in during my work commute, or overnight on a MagSafe stand… and neither seem to cause it to heat up with this case.The phone will automatically protect itself from damage if it gets so warm that it’s becoming an issue, so there’s not really a risk….and as hot as I’ve felt it get, I’ve yet to get the notification that the phone needs to cool off. So it’s really just a minor nuisance from an otherwise great case.

I’ve had my 13 pro max since the day it was released and every year when I get my kids new phones, I can’t seem to find a reason to let mine go. I’ve literally had 25 cases for this phone and this one is my favorite by far. You still get to enjoy the hardware of your iPhone design w a carbon fiber back and edges. I use my phone to monitor the tune on my car and the magnet on this holds tight and sturdy standing up on the mount. Highly recommended.

"Carbon Fiber Bump Texture" rubs off on corners. Don't waste your money. Check out Latercase instead.

I like small phones, I have good eyes so don't need a giant one. If I could, I would always have the mini option but it's not available on newer models. I like that it fits nicely in my pocket. so obviously I don’t want a big bulky case if I like smaller options. When I found the middle list cover, I bought it immediately. It barely fits over the corners but I think it’s perfect. I’ve dropped it numerous times and I’ve never had a problem with this case. The magnet is great and holds my wallet. I will buy one in every color if I have the option too.
