I ordered these in July 2023 and it arrived double-safety-sealed with an expiration date of April 2024. I have taken the entire bottle without any side effects. I don't have any trouble swallowing the medium-sized capsules.My family medical history includes urinary tract and kidney problems, and so I was eager to try these ingredients. While I haven't noticed a dramatic change, I believe that these ingredients may be helping.As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

Magnesium in product.
This product was great in the beginning. However, overtime I started getting heart palpitations. Once I stopped my heart was feeling better in a few days. This product contains magnesium when can cause irregular heart rhythms. Please be cautious.
