I take these vitamins every night and they work amazing. I get great sleep all night long. This is my third time buying them, and I will continue to buy them as all other products I have tried for magnesium have not worked.

The best supplement ever. I use it for sleep, digestion, stress management. And all of the above have improved. I take every night about 7, and it is the perfect nightcap.

I love these things. I feel groggy some mornings after I take melatonin and I also struggle with restless legs at times since having kids. These have me feeling calm and relaxed to sleep within 20 minutes. We’ve purchased them twice now and will continue to!

These are the greatest. I like magnesium for cramps and helps me to sleep. The ashwagandha keeps anxiety down. I’m glad I ran across one with both ingredients.

I take this daily and can tell if I miss a dose.

It caused me to start having hot flashes and not tolerating heat well. I am 75 and well past hot flashes. My scalp immediately starts perspiring as soon as I step into the heat. Other than that, I’m sure the product is fine.

I was recommended to take these for restless legs by a friend. I have only been taking them for 2 days and have been symptom free 🤞 so far so good

I’ve been taking this magnesium plus ashwagandha supplement for a short time and so far I’m pleased with it. It’s good value for money, especially as you get 120 capsules, which lasts a decent amount of time when taking two capsules a day. The capsules are easy to swallow compared to tablets, which is a big plus for me. I take them in the evening and they do seem to help me relax and unwind, and I feel that my sleep has been a bit better since starting them. It’s still too early to say how effective it will be long term, but based on my experience so far, I’m happy with the product and would give it four stars.

It's an OK product, I have used other is the past that gave me a very good sleep. These however are not as effective with the sleep.

I was extremely impressed with this item. Been experiencing pain in my neck, since April. Limited sleep. Since using these, I have been sleeping a lot better, I feel much more relaxed. The pain in my neck has noticeably improved. Highly recommend this item.
