I bought these for myself because I ran out of a brand I use on Amazon, so I only took one, but I gave it to a friend that it’s going through menopause. This supplement is a keeper, so say my kids. I just started taking this supplement a few days and I've already seen change in my mood and sleep. I have fibromyalgia, which is triggered by anxiety, hormonal fluctuations, and lack of sleep. This product has really helped to calm me. It has improved and my anxiety is down, which also means the nerve pain is down too.

I have ordered 3 bottles in the past 2 months trying to get what I ordered the 1st time. The 1st bottle was packaged in plastic and had cotton inside and was the larger pill. The 2nd and 3rd bottles was only covered in thenpaper lable and the pill was smaller and different and it didn't work at all. I'm not sure what happened Also you can't return them once you purchase. Has anyone had their periods change? Not long after starting this I had my period, heavier than normal. Then started again a week after I stopped the last one. Other than that, I feel like my mood is better and I have slept better. My exhaustion is the same though. Just ordered my second bottle. But the next day started my period two weeks early.
