I take these in the morning, feel way more balanced throughout the day. I used for getting off of oral progesterone to balance my levels and have noticed that it’s helped the transition.

I have been going through a lot with my peri and when I tell you after taking this for awhile, I am now just feeling like myself. I know everyone is different but try it.

I bought these for myself because I ran out of a brand I use on Amazon, so I only took one, but I gave it to a friend that it’s going through menopause. She had not tried anything, Well that’s a great improvement and her with her mood swings her attitude!!!! She has more energy looks happier. She loved him so much that she’s gonna re-order them. I was happy that I did not use them. I was able to give them to someone that found them very useful for themselves so if you haven’t tried anything, this is your first to go to. I used a product from Walmart and that’s not working. I have been on it for like four years and had to go to something stronger.

These work well for my period actually. I typically have breast pain the week before my period but did not have any at all this time after taking them for a month! Also, in didn’t have any period cramps this time! Very impressed! The cons…did not help with sleep at all or energy. Probably about the same. Mood might have been improved slightly but hard to tell. Will give it another month or so and update.

I just started taking this supplement a few days and I've already seen change in my mood and sleep. I have fibromyalgia, which is triggered by anxiety, hormonal fluctuations, and lack of sleep. This product has really helped to calm me. It has improved and my anxiety is down, which also means the nerve pain is down too.

Has anyone had their periods change? Not long after starting this I had my period, heavier than normal. Then started again a week after I stopped the last one. Other than that, I feel like my mood is better and I have slept better. My exhaustion is the same though. Just ordered my second bottle. But the next day started my period two weeks early.

I have been taking this product for around 6 months and really like it! I am 47 and it is helping my brain cognition so much as well as my anxiety and mood. I only take 1 pill per morning so the dosage is personal. I stopped taking for 2 weeks as a test and definitely noticed everything going downhill. After going back in it everything improved. I highly recommend it.
