Review: Bright colours and easy to use - Bottles are small and a little fiddly to open but the set comes with a couple of pairs of gloves which I would recommend wearing. The colours are lovely and vibrant. They mixed easily. I would recommend letting them rest after mixing as this seemed to help develop the colour further. I used them for a rainbow layer cake and to colour the buttercream on the outside of the cake. As you can see it turned out nicely! Really pleased and great price.

**Q: Will the black work with chocolate buttercream?**
A: I haven't tried chocolate butter cream, but it works well with vanilla butter, whipped cream and sponge.

**Q: Do any colours contain Red#3?**
A: There is 1 red

**Q: Can you use it to dye chocolate without it going a different consistency**
A: No it makes it quiet wet  hope that helps

**Q: Could I add these drops to genache icing made with chocolate and double/ heavy cream?**
A: I don't see why not but if the chocolate is quite dark it might not show up much, but I guess it would give it a shade of the colour. The colours are quite strong.
