Works well,came fully charged ,easy to assemble AND SO AFFORDABLE!-- I tried it out on level sidewalks only ,but think it will be ok on small incline.It is small enough to maneuver in my 1 bedroom condo ! Best gift for 87th birthday (or for Anyone who has limited walking ability!!)---Recommend highly!

Worked great for my 2 week cruise
Took this on a 2 week cruise. Was a life saver. Went all over the ship, went out on ports with no issues. Rode in my stateroom no-issue. Was also within specs for the cruise ship. Its a 3 wheel so swivel the seat to get on if you are non weight bearing for stability. I did modify it and added a foot rest to extend my leg as leg brace does not allow my leg to bend at 90deg yet. (Took foot rest off my wheelchair and put it in the tube in front of the scooter) I ran the initial charge until battery was fully drained before the first charge and it lasted almost a full week wo a charge on the cruise. I did disconnect the horn/backup beep as it was loud reversing in the middle of the night. Also added battery operated Leds under the scooter.

I am a senior And difficulty walking We are so very pleased with this product I’m getting to go places I haven’t been in a long while.. Easy to put together..any problems google How to assemble adult scooters. Solved our problem..

The seller did address my concerns & paid for the return shipping.
I was very disappointed in this scooter. Be wary. the Scooter is quite heavy and while it disassembles the base does not and it is too heavy for the average senior to lift and put in their vehicle (thinking about 75 lbs). Also, the company does not take phone calls. It was missing the User Manual. Only method of communication is messaging with 24 to 48 hours for response. You will need to pay for shipping to return the item. It weighs approximately 110 lbs, so shipping will be expensive. I'm estimating approx $100 for me to return the item. Costly mistake for me.

It is a good scooter for the price. Be aware the back-up horn is very loud and it sits a little low to the ground. Best for indoor use.
