Perfect backpack for traveling
The quality is great! I packed for a three day trip to NYC and still had room this thing is perfect if you don't want to check your luggage!

Well Made Pack...LOTS of room and well designed.
I do not need a pack with a zillion zippers and pockets (esp. inside the main compartment). I just need a roomy (40l) main compartment WITHOUT other flaps and pockets that just get in the way. I do need outside compartments but please make 'em simple and roomy...again without other 'nested' pockets....just a simple pack area. Also, quality of zippers is a BIG issue. Many packs have metal zippers that catch or jam after little use. The zippers on this pack are metal on NYLON RUNNERS and are SMOOOTH running...no catching or snagging here! The pack has a pocket in the back for wet stuff. The main compartment has a small pocket that opens so you can actually stuff the pack into it for easy storage so you could 'pack your pack' and put in other luggage while traveling ( airplane, train etc), then open and pull out the backpack for your daily sojourns. All around great pack: well made and well designed...Oh yeah... made with totally ripstop and waterproof materials.Recommended!!

Good resistance
It was good for me, have a decent amount of space. Survive a journey to Pico Duarte surroundings being carried by a mule.

Good pack but not really water proof
It’s a good backpack. It holds quite a bit and it’s great for shorter trips. We had a full day hike that included sweat and rain, the moisture does leak in but from the lower area. I will still use it but will need a better one for long hikes. It pulls a little heavy on your shoulders as well but it’s a good pack for the price. Recommended for quick trips, not anything more than a couple hours.

If you’re on the fence, just buy it
I’m not a huge review-writer, but these backpacks merit a glowing, five-star review.I originally purchased two of these backpacks for hiking Bryce Canyon, UT, and they were fantastic for that. Specifically because they are lightweight, have padded shoulder straps, and the mesh side pockets accommodate 32-ounce water bottles. However, shortly thereafter, two members of my family took a somewhat spur-of-the-moment trip to Madagascar, used these for their carry-ons, and they were equally fantastic for that, due to the spacious interior (which fit four small packing cubes plus other stuff), the overall number of different compartments, and the concealed back pocket (against the wearer’s back), which was perfect for currency and travel documents. They’ve been durable, comfortable, they easily wipe clean, and as a bonus, they’re self-contained, as they fold up into the smallest interior zippered pocket for easy storage.Would 100% recommend this product for hiking and traveling.

It's Not Waterproof At All
I bought this brand of backpack cause i needed something to block the rain from getting my electronics wet and important items, after riding around town on my bike with this for a good 2 to 3 weeks to test it, it was completely soaked and not dry inside after a recent melting of snow resulting in a lot of water being splashed on it from my bike, it's not waterproof whatsoever, it absorbed all the water and almost ruined my personal electronics I carry around, this back back is a scam do not buy this backpack for water reasons

Nice and lightweight.
It seems sturdy enough, though I wouldn't put a lot of weight in it. I mainly purchased it to tuck a few things in for longer hikes with the dog.
