I really like these protein bars. They are both great-tasting and satisfying! My favorite thing about these protein bars is that they have 16 grams of protein and only 3 carbs and 1 gram of sugar. That is truly hard to find in a single protein bar. They usually have too much sugar or too many carbs and not enough protein. Some of them are just plain out disgusting. Contrary to popular belief, "healthy" protein bars can make you gain weight if they have too many carbs and too much sugar. You want to keep your carbs low and this protein bar delivers on that, plus adds tons of flavor. Atkins Protein Bars taste great! I just wish they had a bigger box of them so I could buy in bulk versus individual boxes. Also, mines were a little hot when they were delivered so I had to throw them in the fridge for a bit. Overall, they are really great!

These taste pretty good. I am an Adkins lover.

nice taste with crunchy/chewy texture

I was taken in by the product description & the photo. It is also advertised as a Protein Meal Bar. Very disappointed in the taste. It reminds me of a rather dry rice crispy bar with a yellow sugary substance on the bottom and a bit drizzled on top. Didn’t taste any pecans either. It is 4 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide and about a 1/2 tall. The bar wrapper says it’s a meal. It does have 15 G of protein. Maybe I expected too much. But I’ll save it for emergency food, although I received it 11/8/22 and it expires 4/18/23….

These taste great, with good texture. 15 g each of protein and 10 g of fiber, with essentially no sugar. The unsaturated fat makes up for the saturated fat. There is also a similar chocolate bar, but I wanted some variety. Note that these might be hard to find.

These are my absolute favorite Atkins bars! They are much easier to eat as the flavor lessens the harsh flavor of a fiber/protein bar compared to the other versions of this meal bar and with a lot of water (you need to drink water while eating this and after eating!!) it goes down the hatchet just great! I highly recommend this flavor over all of the ones, your taste buds and waist will benefit from purchasing these specific bars. Thank me later :)

These taste great but are not as filling as I would like them to be. I eat them for breakfast.
